All sales final. If there is an issue with your order in regard to quality or damage, please reach out via the contact form below and we will make it right. 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days or sooner. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to the carrier and are not the fault of The Smelly Cat.

We ship to addresses within the U.S. only right now.

The Smelly Cat is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
